JOB DESCRIPTION
Compiles annual regional departmental budget and submits to Head of Sales and marketing for approval
Ensure all company products are visible in the Market place across the range
Sets and ensures that sales & market share targets are achieved/exceeded in his area all the time and within the acceptable financial and good sales practices
Develops and builds company reputation(image) and creates a climate of confidence in the company and products produced
Attends to all customer and distributors correspondence and complaints through route Cause Analysis review
Arranges appearances at trade shows and exhibitions within his/her coverage area
Obtains and develops new customer accounts and seeks approval for registration from the Head of Sales and Marketing
Timely disseminate relevant information to management and support staff about the market dynamics for decision making
Develops a sales research/intelligence tracker and feedback system to be shared to the Head of Sales and Marketing and fellow Sales team on weekly basis
Develops distribution logistics in the market to ensure 100% product availability in the market.
